What would be the muscle to help me on my inclines?While my flat and decline ive got progress on,im stuck at the same weight on incline..Would it be shoulders,back?Just like some tips guys and gals!!!Thanks!!

Delts, triceps and biceps should be a good area to work on for heavier inclines.

If you're only using barbells, switch in some dumbell movements, the heavier the better. Worked wonders on all my bench positions.

Thanks Bill and Charlie!!!Always count on you guys for feedback.i do mostly dumbells on incline work.i was in bad motorcycle accident 17 years ago,killed the shoulders.Didnt know if my shoulders were makin a diff.Im fine physically!!Shoulders hurt to workout till this day.Im not inpaired or anything,but was wondering maybe if it had to do with it.Ive been hittin bis and tris hard lately.Im naturally skinny,but i think ill improve with my arms gettin stronger!!Again ty guys!!!!!!

How high is the incline set at? try lowering it one setting - maybe you are recruiting too much shoulder? a slightly lower setting will recruit more chest.

Biceps for incline press?
More than anything I'd say triceps and shoulders. If you have weak lats that could be holding you back as well.

Ill try it assimer,im not sure of the degree of my decline.i got a golds gym bench that i workout with in my garage.Ill have to see bout its degree.I know the incline is pretty steep.maybe ill actually scoot down my actual body a bit to hit upper chest better.As long as my back is supported.ive been hittin the military presses,and other front delts to help out.ive got a strong back,maybe i need to catch up with the front delts.TY Ft members!!!you guys/gals have made a big diff in my overall life!!!!Confidence is contagious by the people that you surround yourself with!!!I was golden gloves in ARMY!Now im back for the attack..lol.Still havent missed a workout in 4 mos,i know thats a little time ,buti wont miss one for nothing..I will send pics when I look like assimer!!!lol...
