how do I delete posts? Do you have any more insight than that comment that could help me out? I thought I was fairly nice about it

At this point you cannot delete posts.

As for help, have you tried signing up for one of the free plans here? There is a muscle building plan.

Give it a go.

I'm fairly confused with what I've been reading recently on the internet and through books. Im 511 and weigh 155 pounds. I want to put on the most weight gain possible over a 12 week program. I've figured out my meal plan. I'd really appreciate a excercise routine 3 or 4 days(not sure what is best) involving all the compound excerices and possibly some isolation.. I dont know if the 5x5 rep scheme is best, or the higher repetions 12x10x8x6x12(body4life) is best. I'd really appreciate a plan as im looking to get the ball rolling ASAP..
Thanks..

You thought you were fairly nice about what ? So i should be glad that you were fairly nice, or should i be thankful that you werent rude about it ????

As far as insight goes, ive got quite abit of it for you, for starters ....

1. " please dont post in multiple forums "

2. " please take the time and make an honest effort to fillout and post your profile so the Fairly nice people that are trying to help answer your question atleast know if you are a male or female "

3. Use the fitbuddy search feature at the bottoms of every page and search " Gaining mass " or " bulking up " and do some reading.

start with that insight and we'll see how ya do with it.

Well, not sure if i want to post in this forum, it seems a bit testy in here...lol
Anyways I have a question about my fitness plan if someone could help me out. On my leg workout day I'm supposed to so single machine leg curls and I dont have access to that machine (my gym doesn't have it) I was wondering what I could possibly do instead and if adding the leg press machine would be of any good to me.
Thanks in advance :)

You could just do the leg curl with both legs if you have that machine. If you were going to replace it with the leg press, I would put my feet right at the top if not slightly off the top with just your heals on the machine so that you shift the focus to your hamstrings. It doesn't really matter what you replace it with as long as it is another hamstring exercise.

Leg curl with both legs?.. like sitting down?... if so I think I'm supposed to do that one as well... I'll try the leg press at the top, but what about working out my butt muscles?... any ideas for that?
