And of course, this doesn't count the other days that were about 110 before and after the 41 days. Maybe we don't have the humidity (thank god! Could you imagine 125 degrees with 90%?), but it's sitting in the 120s, and at 5%, it doesn't matter if your inside or outside, you can feel the water being pulled out of you. You're not even able to sweat! I'll drink more than 2 gallons of H2O in a day, and probably pee once.... :big_smile: -------------- Michael Humble, even in Victory.

msmogreen Posts: 717 Joined: 2006/04/22	2007/08/09, 12:48 PM Well, we have had some really lovely weather the past 4 days. The high has been around 85 F. This is in the high desert where it should be in the low to mid 100's. I'm not complaining!

To keep it fitness related I did have a killer workout today. It was hot, but the humidity was down. Had a buzz the entire workout not sure whether that was due to heat exhaustion or my massive intensity. More research required tomorrow

Hubby and I are not big drinkers, a few every now and then, but River Street and surrounding area is great for watching people make fools of themselves! Are ya headed north or south from there?
