Hello all,
I am new to this site and wanted to start getting healthy. I am ready to try anything, but I have fibromalagia. It is pain disorder that cause great amounts of pain and arthiritus in my body. Exercising helps, but the process is very painful. Also as a result of this I have very weak knees that are easily injured. I was wondering if any one had any pointers for me?

Go light with the weight training
also look into water exercises.

Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

Also do a fitbuddy search - there have been discussions about fibro and exercise before.
My mother and sister both have fibro and the things that seem to help the most are a clean diet - lots of good fat and regular exercise.

I will bump the fibro posts for you - look for them to surface in the forums....
