hey guys. i just wanted to know what exactly creatine and protien drinks really do? and i also wanted to know what is the difference between the two? and also when should i take these? if you guys could answer my questions it would help out alot. thanks!

creatine helps with muscle building

Protein is a nutrient your body can uses for functions like energy, thought, etc. Helps promote muscle tone by its very nature. (amino acid breakdown)

Creatine is nothing more than a supplement that may or may not do anything. It may help with explosiveness, therefore strength.
