I just have to say that my wife has done wonders, and I'm extremely proud of her. On a whim, we both signed up for the rock and roll 1/2 marathon in va beach. It's coming up, and she has never ran over 5 miles in her entire life. This was 4 months ago, and the most recent run was only 2 miles. Well she just ran 7 miles last night and sprinted the last lap which tells me she had another mile or two in her easy to say the least. All I can say to all the runners out there that are bored of sprint training, that if you get a chance slow your pace and enjoy helping someone break their PRs. It's a great feeling being able to help someone see the unique experience of mind over body.

I saw a book titled "Sex for Dummies" and wondered why
anyone would teach dumb people how to reproduce?

Very cool! Gives hope to all of us non-runner runner-wannabes :) Now, can you come and coach me????
