Hello every1 .. am new to free trainers.com i just setup my fitness program and stuff.. whats up with it is it any good?? because i tried customizing it several tmies and each time with a different workout..
did any 1 try it and is it really effective .. i feel that the exercises arent enough .. like only to 3 chest exrecises and 3 back and stuff like that .. while my trainer at the gym gives me like 5 exercises ..
so please tell me if they are good and effective

The programs here have worked for a lot of people!
You don't need 5 exercises per bodypart - 3 is plenty to get results - overworking a muscle means it won't be able to recover and grow.

Stick with the program. I have gone from "chunk" to "hunk" in just a few months. If it will work for a 48 yo couch potato, I will work for you.
