WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HOW CAN YOU START SO WELL WITH GREAT GOALS AND INTENTIONS AND THEN SLACK OFF TO THIS EXTENT? YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING, AND KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD BE EATING....NOW DO IT!! CUT THIS JUNK OUT AND GET BACK TO IT!
There how was that? For real though, you know what you need to do so get back on the wagon and do it.

crazy, post a picture of your "ideal body" on your fridge to look at everytime you want to get in there to snack, or in your drawer at work, or whatever.
Otherwise "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? IF YOUR GOAL IS TO HARDEN YOUR ARTERIES WITH EVERY BITE YOU TAKE, BRAVO! IF YOU WANT TO TREAT YOURSELF RIGHT, GET OFF EXCUSEVATOR AND GET TO IT!!!" Wow, that was fun! You can do it!!! :)

Same thing happened to me. I haven't seen a friend in a long time, and I've lost 16lbs since then and was mad no-one noticed. I don't know what happened, but I BINGED on every fatty fried food I could get my hands on for 3 days, and totally skipped the gym. It was horrible.......after a little self talk and trying to get my motivation back, I realized that I messed up and TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY! You can always start again. We are human, no-one is perfect. Life happens. "Fitness is a journey, not a destination"
Get back on track, you will feel SO much better!!!!!
It's worth it in the end.......You will LOVE the way you look :)
Good luck
