how long do i have to wait between reps and sets?

Most wait 30-90 secs
I think it depends on what type of training you are doing and how hevy the weight is
But 30-90 secs is ok

What are your goals? I'm doing a fat loss program and the rest is about 30 seconds.... I've done the mass ones before and I've had rest periods as long as two minutes.
