I am confused. I started working out with my boyfriend about 8 or 9 months ago. Since then I have started eating healthier, no more soda, anything fried, cake and candy, you get the point. We eat a lot of chicken and rice and veggies.
My point is that since we have started working out and eating healthier my tummy has gotten a lot flabbier. I thought that working out and eating healthier would do the opposite. I am starting to get discouraged.....please help.

I do my boyfriends workouts with him, all weights for the most part. Bench press, squats, deadlifts, pull ups and everything. A day or two a week we do cardio either after weights or by itself.

what is your current hieght, wieght and more importantly your %BF. If you're already pretty lean, the last layer of fat is the hardest to loose. It may be that you're loosing fat all over your body and it's making your tummy appear a bit flabbier. My guess is that it will just take more time. You may need to tweak your diet a bit.

I am about 5-5 and around 110-115 lbs. I am around 15-16% bf.
I had a relatively flat tummy before working out and since then have gained some pudge. But I'm eating healthier and am more active.
I'm not trying to lose weight or fat, I am just wondering why I am gaining it and how to stop.

Add a session of cardio and cut your calories by 100 and give it a few weeks.
Is it additionla fat, or is it that the existing fat is getting jigglier? Jigglier looks worse but means it is on it's way out...

I lareday said - add a session of cardio and cut your calroies by 100 and see what happens, what more do you want? It sounds like you are getting a few too many calories if you are working out, eating healthy and gaining fat.
How many calories do you average daily? take a look at fitday.com, calculate your daily calories and figure out how many calories you are expending, then create a slight deficit for fat loss.
