Hi guys. Just wondering if I could get a few opinions on my diet in relation to my current goals. I'm 27, 6'1, 180 pounds and would like to get up to maybe 190ish. BB1 your input in particular would be greatly appreciated. I feel as though I have reached something of a plateau in gains.

Meal 1 - 2/3 cup of 100% whole grain oats, 4 eggs (whole), banana/strawberry/apple juice smoothie, fish oil
Meal 2 - 1-2 cup Kashi or Vector cereal with natural yogurt
Meal 3 - Tuna sandwhich on 12 grain whole wheat bread with some mayonaisse
Protein shake before workout
Protein shake after workout
Meal 4 - Chicken/Fish/Beef with vegetables and/or brown rice, fish oil
Meal 5 - 2 tbsp. peanut butter, sometimes on a whole wheat english muffin
I will sometimes have a shake before bed

So yeah, comments and criticisms welcome. Thanks guys.

doesn't look bad, how long have you been on a plateau?
When is the last time you switched you routine?

Looks pretty clean but it doesn't look like it is enough food to me. Just my $.02 though :)

Thanks for the feedback so far guys.
I've been on a plateau for about 1-2 months.
Just changed up my routine at the beginning of last week. I try and do this (change routine) every month and a half to two months.

So is this a plateau, or has your body just not adjusted to this diet yet?

try adding some more things to your shake the extra 200 calories go a long way. One scoop of whey is only 110 cals? I think so just a thought

Ecle5c, I've been eating roughly the same thing(s) for about 5 months. Gupunkitar2004, I usually use Muscle Milk for my shakes ... 350 cals with just water and 640 mixing it with milk. Any suggestions on extra stuff to throw in there would be welcome though.

Natural peanut butter and some freash fruit with a blender. Just a thought also try some oats in there as well for good carbs
