Seated twists don't do a thing for me -- no burn at all. Am I doing something wrong? I just use a 30 pound bar.
my other question is ... if the freetrains fitness plan specifies 12,12,10,10 for reps ... and it's something like dumbell curls -- does that mean EACH arm receives 44 reps?

I don't do the Seated Twists either. A decent warm up move I think, but I could never seem to get anything out of them.
As for the Curls, I believe that 12, 12, 10, 10 for both arms at the same time. Make sense?

Twists do nothing but maybe burn a few calories. Only a few. Don't waste your time.

I don't do those either, i just replace it with another similar exercise that is more effective for me, like twisting crunches or something.
