Dude... we're just giving you a hard time. How much you should be able to bench is an incredibley difficult question to answer. Although, as much as you do would be appropriate.

Like Jay says, focus on the Deadlift. It's a bigger movement for the whole body. Same with Squats.

I see the words you are typing, but all I read is *click*click*click*

- One should not lift like a man or a woman, lift like a human.

Actually focus on the big 3 that includes deads, squats, and bench. but a good start would be your body weight. Then look to increase that to 2x your bw. But in terms of just chest. Do db press, when using a bar your stronger side tends to go up quicker and lifting more of the weight vs the weaker side.

hey im 15 to and first thing i no when i started was how i stacked up in every single lift for people my age. First thing u gotta no is if ur lifting for ur ego ur gunna run out of motivation very fast. Setting a goal weight to reach and reaching that is much better than thinking as long as im lifting more than that so and so in my class. YOu wanna know how much you should be able to benchpress.....more than you did last week..
