I currently run 5 day a week i am considering biking 2 or 3 days rather than run, will this help or hurt my cardio ?

Variety is always good. It'll also give your joints a bit of a break. Just keep up the intensity.

I agree with Fly on this. You can keep the intesity up with switching terrain, flat surface, hills, gear levels.

I would recommend the cross trainer as another low impact cardio exercise. Also, I hear bike seats reduce blood flow to the penis by around 80%, any truth in this?

My husband won't ride a bike anymore because he finds the saddle sooo uncomfortable. I've suggested trying different saddles and he did try a few, but he's not willing to risk his jewels. Says he goes numb. I have heard this from other men, but I also know tons of guys that don't have any problems.

I've been doing down hill and trail as well as a few tours, doesn't seem to be a lack of anything.

It may hurt a bit if you get 20 miles out on your bike and have a flat tire'

well it all depends on the seat I being a big guy am unfortable on a seat but do it anyway
