hi all. im not a fat person, and i havent beeen as i recall. but for some reason i never got to make my chest tighter and stronger, since ive been lifting when i was 16 y.o. now im 22. my chest feels soft at the bottom, and it kinda look like boobs something similar to fat men. before it wasnt very visible but now i think its getting more flubbier. i mean what is this? wheres explanation? right now im 225 6'3. and i had this chest when i was 186lbs, and 207lbs. now im thinking of losing 25 pounds, and get ripped. i wanna try fat burner hydroxycut.
does anyone have same problem? or can suggest something? thanks

Search for Hydroxycut in the fitbuddy search box below. I wouldn't recommend taking that.
Your problem is excess fat in areas. This comes down to diet. If you want to cut that down and not lose a lot of the muscle that you've gained you HAVE to adjust your diet. Adding cardio will help also.
Hydroxycut isn't a "fat burner" it doesn't perform miracles, don't waste your money.

thanks for advice:( but thats strange why hydroxucut wont help.i always thought that fat burners work, at least mostly for men. should i concentrate more on my chest when i work out ,to cut down the fat in the area? will it help?

Dude try it. Most here have tried something like it. Most also have seen nothing but an empty wallet. You need to have a very good diet, very clean and that is how you lose fat

If gyneo is ruled out, then this is a favorite place for fat storage in men. You may well find out that proper diet will reveal a hard chest when all said and done. Read any board anywhere, you are not alone. This should in itself tell you something.
