i have had big hips since i can remember but since i had 2 kids they have grown in size and my love handles are just . . . i hate them and my hips
husband says otherwise but how can i lose weight from my bunz to my abs without paying bucks for machines and gym fee?
any at home workout suggestions?

Do the push back exercise. It's the only way to have great abs and it will help with buns.

First exercise I ever taught my wife...pushaways. Works like a champ!:)
