<----doing happy dance because she can now make it through a shake without praying to the "don't throw it up gods".

Ok...get you two scoops of Isopure zero carb powder (strawberry is what I use)

To that add:

12-16 ounces of water and a little ice
1/4 container of the Wal Mart brand sugar free coolaid (cherry, but I'm sure others would be good too)
1 - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 packets of splenda

And now you have 50 grams of protein without that tail end aftertaste that so much resembles eating wet sand. (I think that maybe it's the lemon juice that takes that away)

Whoo-hoo....and thank God. The shake really helps me get in my protein amount and will replace some of this damn chicken. I'm bout to sprout feathers over here.

Oh, and another thing...Today I have been using one scoop of the isopure per 12 ounces and just making two seperate drinks...that's even better.

Glad you found a solution :)
the new cherry pomegranate chrystal lite is the bomb, would probably be good with the strawberry protein as well...

If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can\'t accomplish it. You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.
