I've been running on the treadmill at an incline and feeling like I'm getting a much better cardio and training my calves and glutes much better. Could anybody tell me what the benefits of training with the treadmill on an incline are? THANKS!

do a search below on the fit buddy, type in either "treadmill" or "HIIT" to read up on some more articles and suggestions other fellow FT members have given.
Good luck!

Only makes you work harder, therfore more oxygen intake, and yes, your muscles work harder. Keep in mind the HR will rise faster.

Any 'load' you add to your work adds more calorie expenditure. Don't think so, try running with a pack holding 50 lb. on your back.
