Well, I'm back!
Sorry I took off for a bit and got distracted here in Korea. I'm no longer aiming to get into female bodybuilding and instead am hoping to get back into the ring (boxing). Since my absense, I admit, I put on a little weight. My ex-boy thought it wasn't a big deal but I remember what I use to look like and well, I want to get back to that.
I'm curious though, what's the normal wieght loss expectations? What's the norm, I mean, in how many pounds is safe to lose in a week, month, etc. Any comments?

1-2 lbs is the healthy amount to lose a week so you could any where from 4-8 lbs. Good luck on the boxing and Welcome back to FT

Good to see you back, and distractions are easy in Korea; I still have a friend stationed over there.
I wouldn't worry too much about getting back to your "fighting weight." You've already been there once, so it'll be much easier for you to get back there vs. someone who has never done it before.
Just don't focus on the pounds - they are very misleading. Stick to body fat, how you feel, etc.
Best of luck!

Fat loss/weight loss is not a linear thing. If your calories are correctly set up, you will lose weight. It will not normally be a 2 lb. per week, or something set like that. It will be sporadic.
Some weeks you may see nothing. This is where folks who have a set 'number' in their head get discouraged.
Like Michael says, you were there once, stick to it and you will be there again soon.
