im starting on a new 8 weeks of the FT fitness program..
they switched around my body part days but kept me on the same reps for the most part.. I know after awhile we are suppose to change up our routine because are muscles get used to what we are doing..is this change in the days enough or should i adjust the reps..they have me on 16,12,10,8 mostly..

Velasca, i am not an expert, but I would say any kind of change to the routine would be effective to a point. Sometimes I like to add a set of push-ups for bench. Or exchange barbell shoulder presses for dumbbell presses. I think the more you change when it is time to change the more effecient it is to your body.

I would suggest keeping the reps and upping your weight.

Keep doing what you have on the plan. It's specificaly for you. And do keep trying to go with more resistance.
-------------- A little discipline at the table and at the gym might help reduce that belly!
