A lot of that is technique and based on your age, I'm assuming you don't have a lot of experience (which isn't a bad thing). Try using a lot less weight to just get the moves down and actually feel the muscle that you are working. Even if you are only using the bar, make your pecs be the horse in the movement. Same way with the lat pull downs. Contract the target muscle and make it do what it's designed to do. You see a lot of people supposedly working lats and all they are doing is working arms.

use a wider grip when you bench. you'll have to experiment to see what's comfortable, but the further out you go, the more you're going to be feeling/targeting your chest and the less your arms are going to be involved in moving the weight.

or try prefatiguing your chest. do something like some flyes or so to hit your chest, then move into bench and you should notice that both tris and chest will feel like they get worked more...

I had the same problem before - you must focus on using the chest in the bench. Once you really using your chest, you will feel it.

yep, i agree I do the same thing feel it arms first but i switched to a wider grip and doing my tricep extensions, curls, and flyes before my bench and seems like my chest gets more work because the other muscle are tired and I seem to naturally focus more on working witht he chest during the movement lord know i havent been able to do it while fresh and trying lol

also, something i have heard before... try squeezing the bar together. set your hands up at normal grip, squeeze the bar, and try and slide your hands together w/o actually moving them. this is said to activate the chest more. do the reverse for triceps
