i just started weight training and i am having a hard time eating enough food to keep me from being exhausted. i eat a bowl of cereal with milk in the morning after my work out usually a tuna sand and yogourt then a good dinner i try to fit in snacks but im still tired what more should i do

What are you eating during the day. Basically you should be eating 6 times per day, breakfast/snack/lunch/snack/dinner/snack...Each meal should consist of lean protien + healty carb + healthy fat. Also, are you eating anything before your workout. I think we need more information in order to advise you....In the mean time, spend some time reading the multitude of post on exercise and diet, fitbuddy search is an invaluable tool....

Try adding some calorie dense foods to up your caloric intake. This is the ticket for those trying increase their intake. Things like beef, peanut butter are calorically dense and will add to your intake easily.
