Should I do lunges on hamstring day or Quad day? Which does it target more?

I train my hamstrings on a different day than my quads..

I think lunges target glutes and quads...so quad day?

Lunges are compound and they target quads. Check out this site for more info on the muscles that they work.

Keep torso upright during lunge; flexible hip flexors are important. A long lunge emphasizes the Gluteus Maximus; a short lunge emphasizes Quadriceps.

I would do them on quads day, if you are splitting up hamstrings and quads, though they do work both, to an extent. They are more quad dominant.

Load up the ez-curl bar with a good amount of weight and do walking lunges with it on your shoulders..grow, baby, grow!

So, if I did legs yesterday and am trying to gain as much as possible til January, when can I do cardio next?
