Hack Squat 4x 1 is a warm-up
Lunges 3x
Seated Calves 3x
Adductor 3x
Abductor 3x
I'm rehabilitating injuries and this is why I do Hacks and the ductors.
L4 Bulging Disc and muscle imbalance from hip being out of place making 1 leg longer then the other! Hip was out of place for a real long time and I didn't know it until an imbalance set it and as it is now we are having a hard time keeping the hip set in place and it really sucks ass!

i change it up all the time but last week was (btw i do Lower Body, not just legs)
deadlifts
walking lunges
glute ham raise
calf raises
dorsiflexion

Squats x 4 or 5
Straight Leg deads x 3
Lunges x 3
It's quick, but a good leg day if you go heavy and really make your sets count.
