does it really help you lose fat//weight due to it's strength and the fact that it makes you sweat and shiver and go crazy pretty much..lol..does it??

Just read an article in Men's Health which pointed towards them not being as good for you as we are led to believe.

It actually depends. Some swear by it, say it does what its supposed to. Others don't feel a thing. Try getting a sample.

What is in it?? I would check that out before I try it. If there is nothing to crazy then try getting a sample like Lordzena said.

Yes it's a miracle I lost 20lbs overnight...it's amazing. Just kidding...Diet and exercise is key...do those two things and you'll get to where you want to be.
