Okay so heres my problem..I used to eat about 500 calories every day and I know it's BAD..so I stopped it and stopped starving myself..But now, I feel completely full and satisfied and I eat 3 times a day but it totals only about 760 calories...But I cant force myself to eat more than that...I work our daily, and burn about 500-900 calories doing cardio (running, walking, elliptical) and I also do around 200 crunches daily...I dont see much improvement though...How much time do you need to see results? And what is an effective way to exercise and NOT build bulky muscles because I have a tendency to bulk the muscles up easily...I'm 5'7 and weigh around 130 lbs. I would like to lose at least 15 lbs..how long would that take and what are some good ways to do it?? If anyone wants to outline a plan for me it would be VERY much appreciated..thanks so much!

1- 200 crunches a day will not accomplish much in the way of a flat stomach.
2- As you are 5'7" I don't think you'll need to lose 15 pounds
3- You will not get bulky.
4- Eat more. Find a way.
5- I'm not sure it's possible to burn more calories than you take in total daily and live.
I'm serious. Eat more. I'm not sure how anyone can get by on 700 calories and live a productive life.
I'm sure I remember the conversations with asimmer. Heed her advice.

Okay, so how do I achieve a flat stomach..I have a naturally skinny stomach but I want the abs to show, have it defined...If the cardio and crunches together wont do it, I would like to know what will...
and as to the eating..I cant just eat when I'm not hungry, I eat when I am..

You'll need a low body fat.. around 10% or lower... I haven't had one in years, and I'm fine with that... it's tough to maintain.
You still need some ab work in there, be it core or whatever, but it's mostly diet.
I think you'll need to find a way to eat more.

Once you start starving yourself, your body will start saving everything you eat. It stores it because it has no idea when you next meal will be.
Every body needs a certain amount of calories just to live. Basal Metabolic Rate. I think your 700 may be below that.
Check the Diets Forum. If I remember correctly there is a discussion in there. Also, use fit buddy to do some searching about it.

Eat a minimum of 1500 calories daily...FORCE YOURSELF...but eat healthy foods.....
you couldnt get bulky if u tried....so drop that way of thinking...
Have you seen a doctor abour your eating problems....anorexia is a very serious condition...
lifting freeweights for big exercises helps...squats, deadlifts, dips, overhead presses, chin ups, etc...
if u do ab exercises, you need to progressively increase weight or difficulty....doing million reps wont give u much in the form of results....
