u know ur handling on the bar , the closer ur hands are the more it will come on your biceps?

and the farter apart the more it will inflict on ur chest right?

The closer together, the more it works the triceps.

and i got a question is running like outside around the block better then swimming laps in the pool?

they burn calories right?

Yes, the further apart, the more chest involved. Your second question is a little iffy....your calorie burn depends on your intensity. Swimming is an awesome way to exercise, and it is good for your upper body...both burn calories...just pick one.
