how can i lose 30.lbs within 60 days?!

hi everyone!
i'm 152.lbs and i really need to lose 30.lbs in 60 day's
i'm willing to do a really hard work i'm not lookin for short-cuts.....so any tips would really help! thanks:)

Welcome to FT! The most you can expect to lose in 60 days is about 20lbs and that's only with regular exercise and a healthy diet. 1-2lbs a week is healthy weightloss. Check out the exercise plans on this site to get you started on a good workout routine. Start a food log and figure out your maintenance calories. Browse through the nutrition forum to get some really good ideas on what foods to eat. Good Luck:big_smile:

I wish there was a test you needed to pass in order to give advice. Some of the stuff posted is crazy. It reminds me of a lady that once told my wife that she went on vacation and gained weight. She said she ate like crap while on vacation, BUT she walked on the beach everyday for 2 hours and thinks the weight she gained was NEW MUSCLE IN HER LEGS !!!!! I feel so bad for people who do not know better.
