Hi, I am here for one reason only, my fiancee told me I was getting fat, I weigh 143, I have a toddler running around all the time, I KNOW I get proper excersize and all. So anyone have any ideas of what I can do to loose about 20 or so pounds and tighten my tummy without damaging the muscles ( I have an umbilical hernia and cant afford the extra $$$ for the sugery) Any advise would be great.. Thanks in Advance :D

Some questions here:

How tall are you? 143 pounds is not fat if you are tall...
What is your activity level now?
Did you poke your fiance in the eye for saying that?
What's your diet like?

yes...I agree,a poke in the eye is defineatly a step in the right direction!:)
