Hi, I was unable to get into the other cardio topics, not sure why, but was wondering what the best way to get cardio is? I don't know a lot about the different things to do for cardio and was wondering if someone could maybe give me some pointers. I don't have any access to machines or anything, too bad, wish I had a treadmill!!! LOL

There are tons of options for cardio...running, biking, swimming, jumping rope, climbing stairs....etc... The idea is to get your heart rate up for 20-40 min, depending on your level of fitness. No equipment is needed, just a good pair of shoes and off you go! If you're new to fitness, try startng with walking and work your way up.

Thanks, I am new to fitness and wasn't sure where to begin. I would assume that stair climbing is good too? I have a nice stairway in my house that my hubby made, I could walk up and down those. He would be happy, LOL
