Laugh now...but thank me when you're 80 and still deadlifting :]~

Menace, you'd love our eating situation. We regularly have fresh caught wahoo, mahi mahi, tuna, flounder, striper, shrimp and an occasional lobster. They just swim up and throw themselves in the boat screaming "eat me Charlie". And I am still deadlifting.

I think standing in the squat cage doing 1000 reps with 20lbs curls is the way to go.

Charlie that is not true it is a hallucination brought on by your old meds

I hear the Sea Food is outstanding in Charleston! All over the East Coast for that matter. Do you like the Oysters Charlie?

I'm not much of an oyster fan Raider. I limit meals to animals that swim, run, or fly.

I've been taking fish oil three times a day. Ias that too much? Will it make me fat? Will too many oysters make a single guy go blind?

Charlie - I knew you were in SC but didn't realize you were in Charleston. I just got back from spending a couple of weeks working at the Marine base in Beaufort. I get there fairly regular so we'll have to get together and have a healthy beer or something. :)

Mike, I'll let you know the next time we make for Hilton Head. We usually stop at Beaufort at a great little marina called Port Royal at the Beaufort side of the Lady's Island bridge. Fuel costs are murderous now so we have only day-tripped lately. I shudder every time we pass Paris Island. Those poor morons...

Usus, Urse, Usa, er, Mark, oysters will indeed make you blind or at least wish you were when you try to pop one of those snotty looking things in your mouth.

My best friend grew up in Charlotte and swears there is nothing better than the east coast oysters. I only like them deep fried so I dont eat them much. I do love seafood however as long as its fresh. Yes they are snotty when raw.......... yuck !

That is an amazing video. Why were the fish jumping like that? It was getting out of control toward the end!

Good vibes,
Eric
