Seeing what your goals are on paper or in another medium,helps to reaffirm...So What are your Fitness/weight loss goals
Mine is to get trim and toned..It would be nice to loose another 20lbs,but iam aiming more to build muscle.

I would like to lose down to 120lbs, lose the tummy but I want to add muscle mainly in the arms.
so basicly I want to look great in a swimsuit

Well, I'd like to lose another 15lbs, and look firm. My goal weight is 135lbs. I am 5'5". I have a feeling that these last 15lbs will be the hardest b/c the weight has been very stubborn coming off the past couple of weeks! Aggh! But I'm not giving up. :)

Ive got quite a few, in fact, my quarterly goals are my wallpaper on my laptop.
A few of my yearly goals:
Total 1000 at 160 in the powerlifts.
1 armed pull up, both arms
close CoC #2
Competitive placing at the Stronger than All Competition in the 231 lb and under division (April 1st).
Snatch bodyweight.

Loose 10lbs. Run 2 miles a day.
