This question was spurned from the last few people (Including myself) that joined the New FT Members section of this site.
So as a guy that lost his, and now trying desperately to get back on the good side of health, I have a question for the wise and more defined in the forum. We all know this HAS to come from within, but the flame has to be lit from somewhere or something. So here goes:-
How do you guys STAY motivated?
The ones that need to know the most are the newbies to the site as that’s there number one enemy. I’m sure you agree.

I don't know about everyone else but it was as simple as not liking my build when I turned 18 so the next almost 40 years became a habit. :) Other than that, just take a close look at some of the wide bodies hogging the aisle in Wally World and see if you want to look like that.

welcome chance dog, i would suggest reading the "Why do you workout" thread right here in this section. Reading others reasons for staying in shape is sometimes a great motiviation in itself. :)
good luck!

Write out your goals. Write out why you have those goals - get emotional and involved with the why part.
Now write out what you need to do to achieve those goals. take immediate action on one of the steps to get you to those goals.
Tomorrow - write out your goals. Write out an action list. take action.
The next day..write out your goals.... you can see the pattern here, no?
