which one is the best? just about all ive read on here is people talking about either one. i just started whey protien about a week ago and havent seen much of a change. any help is appreciated.

Like menace said in response to one of your other posts, no offense intended but you aren't giving enough info in your question to get a good answer. What results do you expect in one week? Whey and creatine supplementation both serve a completely different purpose so it's not a matter of which is best. We use whey to supplement our protein intake and that's about it.

Well, they`re two different things but you need to learn and follow proper food plan before you try any supplements.

but actually, you remind me of myself when I started I had two friends who swear that whey works wonders. I`ve noticed them getting big fast, so I decided to get it too. Well, I was not getting those results as they did, and just couple years ago I`ve learned that they were juicing.

so what you need to start get yourself in a Total Body Workout and follow strict nutrition plan.

All they are are SUPPLEMENTS! The word itself means, in addition to, NOT in replace of. Whey is a protein addition. You should be more worried about getting the right whole foods in you.

To add to this line of thought, what would you be expecting to see in one week, Lee Priest? If it were that easy, we would all be competing in the Mr. Olympia. Get your diet in order, train hard, eat good, rest well, and your results will come as your genetics allow them to.

I know all the above posts are not what you want to hear, but take it from those who know: THE ONLY WAY TO ADD SIZE AND STRENGTH IS TO ESTABLISH A SOLID EATING PLAN AND WORK HARD IN THE GYM!!! Save your money and stop worrying about supplements.
