K, basically I have a little over $100 to my name and I am trying to buy a barbell and some weights to start doing power cleans in my garage with since my gym doesn't allow us to do them. Would a 7 foot bar be good for power cleans, what should I be looking for?
Standard olympic bar. Unless your competing, no need for an elieko bar yet (although I have jerked on one recently, and I must say, very smooth transition, definately notice the snap).
