Probably any HIIT type regimine will be best. You can do anything from sprints to the bike in this manner.

I personally think that HIIT running is the most intense cardio workout, just because you concentrate on pace soo much more. good luck.

I have done 2 sessions of HIIT on my bike...I'm going to be brave and switch to the running one next. If you don't hear from me you know I've fallen and I can't get up..so send help! Probably do that tomorrow as I did my last HITT yesterday.
Thanks for the good luck wishes!!! :)

Good luck with the cardio. Keep the HIIT down to a couple times a week if possible. Switch it up with some standard duration/lower intensity cardio. With doing the weights on opposite days, it can get pretty trying.

Thanks bb1. Thanks again for the advice. That seems to be one of my problems...I tend to overdue things. I have also been using my stationary bike, walking and going to an exercise class once a week for an hour. I rotate the days I do it and I am taking Wednesday's as my free day. I did up the FT Fitness program on here so I'm doing that also for 5 days a week. There isn't a gym where I live or within a reasonable driving distance so I have to do all my exercise from home. I'm slowly picking up things as I go. I guess my next purchase should be a bench and some weights. I read in one of the threads that I should be able to get a set for about $100.
I can all ready feel that I'm working my abs, my upper leg muscles and my shoulders.
You guys are the best and I appreciate all the advice all of you guys/gals have given me so far. I've been logging my food in the nutritional tracker and I'm finding that is helping me a lot! Only thing I have to get in my head is that it's ok to eat 6g of flax/fish oil a day for the Diet plan that you did up. I've been doing 4g's but I'll get the other 2 in today.
