Hello,
I have been involved in Muay Thai for 8 years and have to get to 172 pounds to fight! I am sitting at 190, and have a healthy diet, some belly fat, and am losing hope. I train twice a day for a total of about 3-4 hours a day 5 days a week. Help!!!

How much time do we have?
Cutting for a fight will be different than regular weight loss.

tidbits of worthless knowledge. beware of dehydration methods because they can lead to an easy knockout.
good luck, and a time line would help.

Also, when are weigh-ins in relation to the actual fight?
