Ok should I do all the sets for one exercise or do one set than go to the next exercise and so on?

Hey graywolf... welcome to FT. If you are just beginning, I suggest doing all the sets of one exercise, then moving on. As you get more comfortable, you can do one set of exercise A and then one set of exercise B. Rest. Then back to A then B. This is called supersetting.

Depends on what you are trying to do. For general training, mass, etc. it is normally best to complete all sets for one exercise and then move on to the next one.
Do it the other way you mention is a circuit type training, and useful for more muscle endurance with a bit of strength gain.
An example of usefulness of this style of training may be for a fireman.

Well I mainly want to loose weight and get in better shape. I would like to gain some muscle but it isnt as important and general fitness to me. I am 19 and I huff just going up stairs. Course I am also a smoker so that is something I have to change.

Usually the best time would be morning...however really it's whatever is convenient for you and what you can commit to.

Ok I started my work out monday and was suppose to do it today but I have been so sore I have trouble moving. I cant even to the exercises. Is this just because it has been 2 years or what?
