Anyone ever seen this show on fit tv?
It follows a gym owner in LA with the trainers and their clients. Well I was watching it where the bigger trainer Matt is training with two other trainers. They do squats. Work up to 405. Now Matt os a ex pro werestler and is a good sized guy. The others are thinner. Any way the one skinny guys goes up to 405 and gets 4 reps or so and is so excited. Except for the fact they were 1/4 squats and that is being generous. Now you would think that as a show about fitness and personal trainers they could at least give proper form!

lol. Yea, it amazes me how these guys get air time. The best in the world aren't doing shows on fit tv, but it pains me how much false information is spread among the media. Then when I say something real, someone always thinks I'm full of crap because "trainer matt" said differently and "i read in M&F magazine..."
