Hey all,

I have been in the sport (Body Building) for about four years now. One thing I notice after, just about, every workout is that I am never happy with my performance. I push myself really hard during training but I make sure I don’t over train. However, as soon as my training is done, and the pain subsides, I get sort of depressed. I start feeling as though I did not train at the intensity I could have. Anyone else experience this?

Happens to me all the time. I push myself while im lifting , and I leave feeling tired and worn out, but as soon as I leave, I feel like I need to go back and do something else.

I think anyone truly driven suffers from this in one way or another.

Thats the sign of motivation. It's what is going to separate you from a average physique in time. I think to myself all the time what could I have done better in my previous workout, or what could I do to get better gains etc etc
