Beep Test

Hey I did the beep test in school, let me explain it first. You stand at one end of the gym. The stero plays a tape or whatever and we run to hte end of the gym and back twice. That is considered level .5. The first is done at a slow jog. It beeps when you should be hitting the line at hte far end. Each half level gets progressively faster, and really wears on your body. What I was wondering if anyone knew where I could gget or download a copy of this ( free if possible?)

I made it to beep. But before that I had a really tough time with beep.

I only got 12.5 on my last beep test.
Not bad considering i came 3rd out of my class.

There you guys go. I also have a sparring timer, and a tabata timer, though I doubt any of you use tabata protocals. Not that I do on a regular basis either though, too painful, but effective.
