Good info. Can I suggest to everyone that changing your workout daily not only to keep from getting mentally bored, but to keep the body from getting bored as well. If the gym is not too busy, try ten on the tread, ten on the bike, ten on the stairs, and so on. Start with a different thing every day. Put the tread incline up as far as it will go for three minutes, then all the way down. Then run, then get off and go to the bike........WATER is your best friend, and try drinking a protien shake through your entire workout to fuel the muscle you are tearing down. :dumbbell:

Do you really have to change your workout daily? Your body gets "bored" of it that quickly? :(

Refering to hiit and cardio, yes. You'll get the most benefit by doing hiit one workout and cardio on the next. I don't know if your body gets bored but it's always a good idea to keep your muscles guessing.

I never do the same workout twice in a row, and thats referring to powerlifting, not just cardio. I cycle my ME exercises and even my DE exercises, as well as the order on DE days. As a result, my entire workout changes each week. So far, this is what I have found to be most effective. With beginners, I rotate every 2-3 weeks, to allow for the body to get more used to the movements.
