when i workout my biceps, they always enlarge due to water i think, which then gets in the way of the rest of my workouts. i usually do around 4 differnt bicep workouts with weights ranging from 20-45 pounds each arm. when i start using 30 pounds each for a curl for example, the enlarged biceps just get in the way and make it harder for explosions at the end.

It's not water, it's blood, and it's also known as a pump. Everyone gets them and they don't really interfere with whether your muscle works or not, they just might limit your range of motion a little bit.

Well, you are getting a good pump in your biceps. Try to do the same with your other bodyparts.
