Ok look here im 5 foot 7 13 yeas old and lift 355 my fathers in the military hes a sargent he makes me lift and work all major muscles Every day eccept sunday he usualy makes me get in about 3 to 4 hours a day he makes me get up at 5 every morning 2 start i was just wondering if you had any ways to increase my bench i know its already a lot but my dad wants it 400 by the time i turn 14.

sounds kinda shady to me. at 13 and lift 355lbs?

Well good luck growing at that age lifting like that will damage your growth plates. However I smell something rotten. I have never seen a 13 yr old that can lift that much, let alone work out 3-4 hours a day....I think your dad is a moron.
