Hey I live in Rochester! Not sure about the fighting thing but there are tons of martial arts places.

sweet. I am going to college at RIT, so will soon be looking for a place to fight and grapple, as well as a quality gym. If you find a place, get a hold of me. You can PM me here, or drop me an email.

Mutt, are there any gyms that you would recommend in the area? I am also looking for work as a personal trainer, but I don't think I would work out in a gym that hire's personal trainers. Any suggestions?

The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.

in about one week. I'll PM you once i get settled. Thanks.
Sounds about exactly what I am looking for. Best gym I've ever been in was a garage in NYC. nothing on the floor but chalk, plates, and concrete.
