Our lifestyle is about to change and weights and machines will no longer be an option. We will be living on a boat full time by Christmas if all goes right. I'm looking into bands and I need a system which will store flat, not weigh much and not require much room . I know I can't retain all my hard earned muscle from the weights but we're doin this and that's that.
Suggestions???

Do your weight in reverse...i.e. use six packs of beer as dumbbells and start with 6 cans do your reps, drink one do your reps, drink another do your reps. Keep doing that to failure (which would be when you fall down).
Sorry that's what I think I'd do if I lived on a boat in the open seas.
Disregard my post I have nothing productive to say. Sorry I can't help.
Glad to hear that you finally got to where you want to be Charlie. Hopefully someday I'll get to that point as well! Congratulations.

that's a tough one, the only thing I could suggest is a bowflex for some at home system that folds. Not sure what all the new stuff they have out there is. Good luck though Skipper.
