hello everyone,
just a little background on me.
well i've been working out for about a year now.
the first 5 months i started taking Cell Tech and Nitro Tech as suplements. the creatine made me sick so i stopped taking it and my body just shrunk.. now i'm taking just pure creating powder and mixing it with gatorade. and i'm honestly thinking of just getting rid of creatine. cause as soon as i stop my body just shrinks

as far as proteing. its been about a month that Nitro tech is making me sick. after taking it ( 30 minutes after workout) i get stomack aches and sometimes headaches..

so i stopped taking proteing powders and instead started eating alot more food. steaks, chicken, pasta..

but now i'm noticing that i've gain a bit of fat.

i would like to have a protein shake instead of a meal at night .. but i cant find a good effective protein powder other than nitro tech.

any recommendations.?

Why is it that you think the protein is makin you sick? How much were you taking?

Most of your protein should be from food sources. Eat a clean diet with high protein sources like eggs, chicken, and tuna, and you shouldn't need a protein shake as much.

One suggestion I have heard is to try mixing your protein shake with milk instead of water. While this isn't recommended for after a workout as the cassein protein slows digestion, it is a good idea if you are having it before you go to bed, and if you are having stomach problems. I guess it's supposed to be easier on your stomach.

my problem is that i'm a Full Contact Fighter (mixed martial arts) at 6'2 and 200 lbs.. i need something that would give me energy in the ring too.. and i havent found the whole eating clean and everything lean very helpful .. since i need calories to burn in the gym and ring.

as far as protein goes , i do mix it with milk.
i just though there might be alternative products.
