i've been working my lats a lot latly and wen i do the lat pulldown i seem to feel fatigue in between my tris and shoulders. is the happening because maybe because my form isnt right? thanks for any help that can be given

Are you using a wide grip...and going to the front? A good wide-gripped front pulldown should target you back more than your shoulders/arms (though they will feel it). focus on where you want to work and pull with those muscles not the arms.

i dont reall no enough to be saayin anything but from wat i no wen ya doin the lat pull down u dont pull it down all the way to the knees, its more like down to ya chest, ut like i said i shouldnt reall say anything lol

umm, your lats attch on the back of your upper arm (tween the shoulder, tricep area), so it could be you are feeling the upper part of your lats.. Try to think of your hands as hooks that attach your arms to the bar and focus on puliing down and back with your elbows, you should feel it more in your lats.
It might help to have a friend touch your lats while you do a pull-down to focus your mind on where you want to feel the movement. Or have a friend put their hands under your elbows and try to push their hands down instead of thinking about pulling the bar, that can help, too.
