how do i lose 7 lbs in 3 weeks?

You need to fill out your profile to get some usefull feedback! In short, exercise and eat clean. Read the posts under the diet thread including the sticky at the top called "grocery list for healthy living". Start one of the FT exercise programs.

To loose a lb you need a 3500 calorie deficit. You can do that by a combination of food and exercise. For example if you took out 500 calories a day you would loose a lb every 7 days. For two lbs a week you would double that. Two lbs is the max you would want to loose in a week to stay healthy.
