I really want to get more definition and size out of my traps. All I know to do is shrugs(standing or sitting and with db or bb), or upright rows. My problem is that upright rows hurt my neck and wrists. That is most likely a key that my form is incorrect but I have tried to fix it numerous times to no avail so I said F*** it. Does anyone have any other good ways to isolate them and put on some mass?
